So I looked up solutions and end up trying to repair using the win7 boot up disk. Don't think you will have much sucess. If you need to save any data and don't have any media then copy to either an external hdd or USB flash drives. How can I get such a system image?

Some laptops dont like it when it gets removed they kick and scream like yours is and there are some extra steps you need to take to get it gone.

Symptoms : Both computers would no longer boot up properly. This is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object. REMOVED unnecessary partitions and used USB to install Win 7. If you have no other pc to download and burn an iso then this is what you do.

That won't help you remove a dual boot, just refresh the BCD if you've managed to bork it (and had the presence of mind to back it up before you started now your hardware has nobody to ask about which system to boot into.
