I also removed as many un needed background processes as I could find.

We recommend to recompile the guest kernel and to select a timer frequency of 100Hz. disable nested paging worked good but after that the performance of the guest was so so so so so so bad that I couldn't beat with it.... Keep in mind it will limit Windows to a single virtual core though. Nice :) Not tried using both CPUs yet - don't really need to..
